随着物联网行业的迅猛发展,该行业人才的需求量急剧上升。文章在分析了物联网行业人才需求影响因素的基础上,以历史数据为基础,结合未来的发展趋势,运用多元线性回归模型对中国物联网行业未来的人才需求进行了量化预测并为中国物联网行业吸引高级人才提供了合理建议。

With the rapid development of the internet of things, the sharp rise in demand for industry profes- sionals. So this paper analyzes the affecting demand factors, basis historical data, combines with the develop- ment trend of the future, uses multiple linear regression models for the future of the internet of things China＇s demand for a quantitative forecast of talent. Finally, the paper provides a reasonable proposal to attract top talent in the internet of things of China.
