白细胞介素33与支气管哮喘的研究进展

摘要 白细胞介素33(IL-33)是IL-1家族的最新成员,它结合IL-1受体家族成员ST2介导其生物学效应。IL-33具有双重作用:作为一种细胞内核因子具有调节转录作用;作为一种前炎性细胞因子可引起组织特异性免疫病理改变。IL-33促进Th2细胞因子的产生,在哮喘等慢性炎症性疾病中发挥重要作用。IL-33在哮喘病发病机制中的作用并不清楚,科研人员仍在不断地对其进行深入研究。 Interleukin-33(IL-33)is a most-recently discovered cytokine of IL-1 family,which combines with ST2,member of IL-1 receptor family,to mediate its biological effects.IL-33 can act both as a nuclear factor with the function of transcription regulation and as a pro-inflammatory cytokine wth the function of inducing tissue-specific immunopathological changes.IL-33 promotes Th2 cytokine generation,and it plays an important role in chronic inflammatory diseases such as asthma.IL-33 role in asthma pathologenesis is not clear yet,where continuous effort has been made in the research field so far.
