膀胱肿瘤侵袭转移分子机制的研究进展

摘要 膀胱肿瘤的发病率近几年呈增长趋势,其发生发展、侵袭转移受很多因素的影响。关于膀胱肿瘤分子机制的研究有很多,包括趋化因子、基质金属蛋白酶、肿瘤转移相关基因、生长因子及血管紧张素等,但具体的作用机制到目前为止尚不明确,各种可能存在的分子机制仍在探索研究中。了解膀胱肿瘤侵袭转移的分子机制,对膀胱肿瘤的预防和治疗有很重要的临床意义。 The incidence of bladder tumor presents a growing trend in recent years,the occurrence,invasion and metastasis of which is affected by many factors.There are a lot of research about the molecular mechanisms of bladder tumor,including chemotactic factor,matrix metalloproteinases,tumor metastasis-related genes,growth factors and angiotensin,but the specific mechanism is not clear so far,all kinds of possible molecular mechanism is still under exploring and studying.Understanding of the molecular mechanisms of bladder tumor invasion and metastasis is very meaningful to the prevention and treatment of bladder tumor in the clinic.
