体外循环术后高血糖的研究现状

Research Status of Hyperglycemia after Cardiopulmonary Bypass

高血糖是心脏大血管术后常见的不良因子,目前研究可知机体内外许多因素参与了其发生过程。大量研究显示体外循环术后高血糖与术后患者心、脑、肺等多脏器并发症的发生以及不良预后存在密切关系。及时监测血糖水平并合理应用胰岛素对其进行有效控制可明显降低术后并发症的发生率及围术期患者病死率,对术后患者的预后具有重要意义。

Hyperglycemia is a common adverse factor of the postoperative heart and great vessels.Present studies indicate that many factors in vivo and in vitro are involved in the occurrence.Numerous studies have shown that hyperglycemia after cardiopulmonary bypass operation are closely related and with complications of heart,brain,lung and other organ and poor prognosis of the postoperative patients.Timely monitoring of blood glucose level and using insulin to control it effectively,can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and mortality of patients in perioperation period,which have great significance on prognosis of the postoperative patients.
