Applications of Stroke Volume Variation Monitoring in Volume Therapy

摘要 对血容量的正确评估和及时处理是每个临床医师必备的技能。然而,目前常规的循环功能监测指标并不能准确地反映心脏的容量负荷,尤其对较早期的容量不足缺乏敏感性。每搏量变异度监测是目前较为准确和方便的容量监测方法,它和其他有创的血流动力学指标一样能够准确反映心脏容量负荷且优于其他指标。 It is necessary for every clinician to evaluate the blood volume correctly and treat timely.However,currently the conventional hemodynamics monitoring index cannot precisely reflect the volume load of heart,especially lack of sensibility for the earlier hypovolemia.The stroke volume variation monitoring is a more accurate and convenient volume monitoring method,which can reflect the preload of heart as accurately as the other hemodynamics index,if not even better.
