摘要 肌肉素是肌细胞特异性分泌的多肽蛋白质,参与机体糖代谢和脂代谢。肌肉素作为一种自分泌和旁分泌因子在骨骼肌中起作用,其mRNA几乎只在骨骼肌中表达,并受营养条件和激素因子尤其是胰岛素的调控。现在已有的研究基础上,对肌肉素的发现、结构与分布、影响肌肉素表达的因素等方面进行阐述,同时对肌肉素与糖代谢及脂代谢的关系进行分析,并探讨肌肉素在胰岛素抵抗及糖尿病等相关疾病中所起的作用,进而为研究与胰岛素抵抗相关的营养代谢类疾病的发生机制及临床治疗提供重要的理论依据。 Musclin is a skeletal muscle-derived secreted peptide,which is involved in the homeostasis of glucose and lipid metabolism.The musclin play a role in skeletal muscle as an autocrine and paracrine factor.Musclin mRNA is expressed almost exclusively in the skeletal muscle,and is tightly regulated by nutritional status and hormonal factors,especially regulated by insulin.Based on the researches,here is to make a review on musclin structure and distribution,the factors affecting the expression of musclin,at the same time,how musclin play in the lipid metabolismand and glucose metabolism has been analysised,and also analysed the fuction of musclin in insulin resistance and diabetes-related diseases.The study of musclin has provided important theoretical basis for metabolic disease pathogenesis and clinical treatment for nutrition and insulin resistance-related.
