摘要 目的探讨IL-1β-511基因多态性与冠心病发病危险性的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性法检测160例冠心病患者(冠心病组)IL-1β-511基因多态性,选择同期健康体检合格人群160例作为对照组。结果冠心病组TC、TT和CC基因频率分别为61.25%、23.75%和15.00%,对照组分别为57.50%、14.38%和28.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);冠心病组T等位基因频率(54.38%)高于对照组(43.13%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TT基因型为冠心病发生的危险基因型,OR为2.51。携带T等位基因的冠心病患者TC(6.10±0.87)mmol/L和LDL-C(4.01 mmol/L)水平高于携带C等位基因患者。结论 IL-1β-511基因多态性与冠心病发病明显相关,TT基因型可能为冠心病发生的危险基因型。 Objective To explore the correlation between IL-1β-511 gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 160 patients with CHD were treated as CHD group,and subjected to detect nucleotide polymorphism of IL-1β-511 SNP by using polymerase chain reactions-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)techniques,and 160 healthy people were selected as the normal control group.Results The frequency of genotypes TC,TT,CC were 61.25%,23.75% and 15.00% respectively in CHD group,while 57.50%,14.38% and 28.13% in control group(P0.01).The frequencies of mutant alleles T in CHD group(54.38%)were higher than that in control group(43.13%)(P0.01).TT was a risk genotype for the development of CHD(OR=2.51).The levels of TC and LDL-C among patients with mutant alleles T were(6.10±0.87)mmol/L and 4.01 mmol/L,respectively,which were higher than those among C patients with mutant alleles C.Conclusion There is significant correlation between IL-1β-511 gene polymorphism and the development of CHD.TT may be a genotype of higher risk for the development of CHD.
