贝那普利与美托洛尔合用治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Benazepril Plus Metoprolol in the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的分析研究贝那普利与美托洛尔合用治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年2月至2011年2月期间在我院治疗的54例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床资料。将54例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各27例,对照组给予利尿剂、强心剂、硝酸酯类等扩血管药物常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用贝那普利和美托洛尔,6个月后比较两组左心室射血分数及心功能改善情况。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室射血分数指标均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组改善情况优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利与美托洛尔合用治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效可靠,可改善患者的预后,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of benazepril plus metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods The clinical data of 54 patients who underwent chronic congestive heart failure in our hospital during February 2010 and February 2011 were collected.The 54 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,each 27 cases.The patients in control group were treated with conventional blood vessel expansion drugs such as diuretics,cardiac,nitrate etc.;the patients in treatment group were treated with benazepril combined with metoprolol on the basis of conventional drug.Left ejection fraction and the heart function improvement were observed after 6 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than in control group（P0.05）.The left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction in both groups had significant improvement as compared with before treatment,with the treatment group showing a better improvement than in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Curative effect of benazepril combined with metoprold treating chronic congestive heart failure is reliable,which can improve prognosis and life quality of the patients.
