摘要
介绍了掘锚一体机在万利一矿的应用情况,阐述了掘锚一体机的掘进工艺、巷道支护参数以及劳动组织情况。实践证明,掘锚一体机在万利一矿的应用效果良好,实现了最高月进尺1015m的好成绩,大大提高了煤巷的掘进速度,确保高产高效矿井各采煤工作面正常接替。因此,采用掘锚一体机的快速施工工艺,在有条件的矿井中将具有广阔的推广应用价值。
This paper describes the application of the set with integration of driving and bolting in Wanli Colliery, proving the superiority of the set with integration of driving and bolting in the corresponding geological conditions.It is a prominent and pressing problem to improve technical standards of coal roadways rapid excavation, and achieve balanced and coordinated development of mining excavation. Integration of driving and bolting is a major technological innovation of the coal mining technology after longwall mechanized mining technology.
