国华电力公司技术标准体系结构图的研究与应用

On the Research and Application of Technical Standard System Structure Chart of Guohua Electric Power Company

通过对神华集团技术标准管理办法,国家电力行业有关标准要求和国华电力公司生产经营特点进行分析,提出了目标明确、全面成套、层次恰当、划分清楚的国华电力公司技术标准体系层次结构图,探讨了结构图中13个标准模块与神华集团技术标准体系17个模块的对应关系,举例说明了应用本结构图编制技术标准体系表时"就上不就下,就前不就后"的归类原则。

Upon the analysis of technical standard management method of Shenhua Group, relevant standard requirement of the country and electric power industry, and production and management features of Guohua Electric Power Company, the paper puts forward technical standard system hierarchical chart of Guohua Electric Power Company which is well-targeted, completed and fully, properly arranged and clearly divided. The paper also discusses the corresponding relationship between thirteen standard modules in structure chart and seventeen modules in technical standard system of Shenhua Group, and illustrates the classification principle of ＂would rather choose the upper than the bottom, and that the front than the rear＂ while using the structure chart to working out technical standard system diagram.
