摘要
神华准能公司污水处理厂扩能改造工程,采用循环式活性污泥法与辅助化学除磷工艺并用的设计,日处理污水量达2万t。扩能改造后工程已稳定运行两年,污水处理效果良好。出水COD、BOD5、氨氮和总磷去除率,分别达94.7%、96.24%、98.1%和81.5%,出水水质基本满足国家一级A排放标准(GB18918-2002)。该工程年削减COD 2180t,实现中水回用350万t,吨水处理费用为1.125元/t,具有显著的社会效益。
The capacity expansion revamping of Shenhua Zhunneng Wastewater Treatment Plant uses the technology of cyclic activated sludge process and supplemental chemical phosphorus removal process, with the design capacity 20,000t/d. After the one year stable opera- tion of this engineering, wastewater treatment work well and the removal rate of COD, BODS, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus achieves 94.7%, 96.24%, 98.1% and 81.5% separately, which meet the I-A wastewater discharge standards of China (GB18918-2002). Significant social and economic effective is made at the time with annual removal COD 2180t, water reuse 3,500,000 and decrease wastew- ater treatment cost to 1.125 RMB/t.
