海藻酸钠模板法低温水浴制备纳米硒与表征 被引量:3

摘要 以食品级海藻酸钠为软模板,在水浴中用盐酸羟胺还原亚硒酸低温快速制备纳米硒。探讨了模板用量、反应温度、反应时间对纳米硒生长和产物形貌的影响,并借以扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射对产物进行了表征。结果表明,外因极大影响着纳米硒的形貌,最优反应条件下制备出的纳米硒线形貌均匀、分散性好,平均直径20~30nm,长度可达数微米,长径比大于50。 Food-grade sodium alginate was used as soft template to preparate different morphologies of nanoselenium rapidly by the redaction of NH2OH·HCl and H2SeO3 in water bath at low temperature.Some important factors which influencing the generation and morphology of products had been studied and discussed o Such as: the amounts of soft template, the reaction temperature and the reaction time.The structure of product was characterized by SEM, XRD.The results showed that external causes had a potent effect on the morphology of nano-selenium.The Selenium nanowires prepared under the optimal reaction condition are uniform and well- dispersed,with the. average diameter was approximately 20-30nm, length was up to several micron, lengthdiameter ratio was more than 50.
