摘要
目的探讨EN支持在颅脑术后昏迷患者中的临床应用及效果。方法随机选择颅脑术后昏迷患者36例,分为治疗组与对照组,每组各18例,术后早期给与鼻饲流食,对照组给与传统的牛奶,肉汤等,治疗组给与肠内营养制剂立适康营养流食,鼻饲连续10d,观察支持前后营养指标的变化及并发症。结果治疗组在营养支持后TLC显著升高(P<0.05),且与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组中并发症的发生少于对照组。结论颅脑术后昏迷患者进行早期、正规、合理的EN是安全有效的,可提高患者的免疫功能,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical application and effect of EN support in comatose patients after the cranial surgery. Methods Thirty-sixty patients were randomised for, into treatment group and control group, 18 cases in each group respectively, duringearly postoperative period, to gave nasogastric liquid diet, that were milk, broth, etc. in the control group , the treatment group to fitness and Sport nutritional liquid food and enteral nutrition legislation, feeding for 10 days, changes and complications of the support were observed before and after EN support and nutritional indicators were tested. Results The treatment group after nutritional support TLC was significantly increased (P0.05), compared with the control group . Complications in the treatment group were less than the control group. Conclusion There observed that comatose Patients after craniall surgery were adminstered early, regular, reasonable EN was safe and effective, could improve the patient's immune functions and reduce associated complications.
