钢板螺钉治疗踝关节骨折临床应用及疗效分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析钢板螺钉治疗踝关节骨折的效果及治疗方法。方法选择2009年6月~2010年6月56例踝关节骨折的患者,均采用切开复位,加钢板螺钉固定骨折,术后进行系统的康复训练,所有患者均随访3~12个月,对治疗效果进行分析。结果经过治疗,本组56例患者优43例,良12例,优良率为98.21%,患者术后平均Baird.Jackson评分(87.5±6.5)分,治疗后与治疗前比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P<0.05。结论钢板螺钉治疗踝关节骨折进行内固定治疗效果好,内固定安全可靠、并发症少,可在临床推广应用。
