摘要
目前国有企业下岗职工主要有 5种再就业方式 ,这些方式需要在实践中不断完善。现实表明 :下岗分流、实施再就业是一个庞大的系统工程 ,是一个渐进的过程 ;拓展就业空间是解决下岗再就业问题的根本措施 ;规范劳动管理制度 ,完善再就业方式 ,实行有序就业是实施再就业工程的有效途径。
There are five kinds of re-employment patterns for laid-off workers in the Chinese state-owned enterprises at present, these patterns should be gradually improved in practice. The reality shows that go off duty and diverse staffs and re-employment are huge systematic project and gradual process, which can not be reach the goal in one step. Enlarging employment space is the essential measure to alleviate laid-off and re-employment pressure. Enforce labor management and improve employment patterns are effective ways for carry out re-employment project.
