摘要
以国内某标准参数B型地铁车辆为研究对象,对分别以15 km/h和25 km/h的速度去撞击一刚性墙进行有限元模拟研究,分析车体在碰撞过程中的塑性变形程度以及撞击力,速度和加速度等参数的变化。得出该车在15km/h的速度下的动能可由车钩完全吸收,车体与防爬器不参与能量的吸收过程,在25 km/h的速度下只有车体前端发生塑性变形,客室没有发生破坏,满足车辆的碰撞要求。
In this paper, the finite element simulation of a standard B-type metro vehicle colliding with a rigid-wall is carded out respectively at the speed of 15km/h and 25km/h. The extent of plastic deformation is simulated in order to find out the changes of impact force, speed and acceleration in the collision process. The result indicates that the kinetic energy of the vehicle at the speed of 15km/h is completely absorbed by the coupler, but the car-body and anti-climber do not contribute to the energy absorption. At the speed of 25kin/h, after the coupler has been sheared off, the anti-climbers and the front-part of the car-body have been plasti- cally deformed, however there is nothing damaged or deformed in the passenger saloon area. It proves that the safety design of this vehicle meets the requirements of vehicle collision.
