金融国际化与中国金融发展取向

Finance Internationalization and Developmental Direction of China's Finance

本文从经济全球化本质及表现入手 ,重点分析金融国际化的资本、市场、工具、机构和协调监管的国际化特征及其表现 ,总结出在开放背景下 ,金融国际化具有资本规模不断扩大 ,金融商品日趋丰富 ,发展中新兴国家在国际金融中作用日渐明显的新特点 ,并结合我国经济金融发展的现状 ,对金融国际化问题进行全面分析 ,明确提出金融自由化是我国金融业近期发展方向 ,当前应着重通过积极推动金融改革 ,改善财政货币政策 ,进一步扩大金融开放 ,大力推进金融创新 。

From the essence and phenomena of the economy globalization, this paper emphases the analysis of the capital, market, tools, institutions of finance internationalization and the international character and expression of coordinate supervision, summarizes that under the open policy, the finance internationalization has the character of the constant expansion of the capital scale, of the abundance in finance commodity, and of the increasing role of the developing countries in international finance. In the light of Chinese specific conditions, the paper has analyzed the problem of finance internationalization completely and come up with that the developing direction in our country's finance is finance liberalization. At present, we must propel the innovation of the finance , improve the finance-money policy, expand the open policy in finance further and take an active part in the cooperation of international finance so as to push on the process of the liberalization in finance.
