The development of many parties cooperating with each other under the leadership of the Communist Party must take the scientific development viewpoint as the guide, must strengthen theory study of democratic parties to enhance the awareness of many parties cooperating with each other, must serve the Chinese special socialist modern construction, must accord with the direction and requirement of socialist democratic politics development, must deal with the relationship between cooperation inside and outside organization, the relationship between cooperation and supervision very well, must take the person as foundation to deal with the relationships among parties.
