摘要
消费警示是基于商品或服务的危险性而启动的。目前,我国对商品或服务的危险性规定不明确,具有很大的抽象性和模糊性。为实现对这一概念的全面把握,须从其定义、界定标准、具体表现形态入手,明确在商品或服务危险性的具体评估中应该考虑的因素。
Consumer warning is based on the risk of the goods or services which start. At present, the risk of the goods or services provisions is not clear, with a lot of abstract and ambiguous. To achieve a comprehensive grasp of the concept should be by definition, defining the standard, the specific form of expression to start, clear the goods or services in specific assessment of risk factors.
