摘要
目的:研究所合成的酮类Schiff配体及其配合物的荧光性质。方法:合成了一种酮类双Schiff碱配体及其过渡金属Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)的Schiff配合物,并用元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱、摩尔电导、1 H NMR对其结构进行了表征,测定了所合成的Schiff配体及其配合物的荧光光谱。结果:室温下,测得配体与Zn(OAc)2合成的配合物的固体荧光光谱和在不同溶剂中的荧光光谱。其在紫外光的照射下会发出黄绿色荧光。配合物L.Zn(OAc)2激发峰在468nm;荧光峰在538nm,相对强度(RFI):776.6。配体与Cu(Ⅱ)形成的配合物几乎观察不到荧光。结论:L.Zn(OAc)2配合物有良好的荧光性能,且在固体状态下的荧光远远强于在溶液中的荧光。
Objective: To study fluorescence of the Keto Schiff ligand and its complexes.Methods: A novel keto bis-Schiff base ligand and its transition metal Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ) complexes were prepared and characterized by element analysis,IR,UV-Vis and molar conductivity and 1H NMR.The fluorescence spectrums of the Schiff ligand and its complexes were determined.Results:At the room temperature,the fluorescence spectrums of complex L·Zn(OAc)2 of solid state and in many different solutions were determined,kelly would be observed when they were irradiated by ultraviolet radiation.Ex: 468nm,Em: 538 nm,RFI: 776.6.The fluorescence of complex L·Cu(OAc)2 could not be found.Conclusions:It can be inferred that the Schiff base complex L·Zn(OAc)2 has good fluorescence capability,and its fluorescence of solid state is much stronger than that in the solutions.
