摘要
建立了冶炼、连铸和轧制三阶段产品组合的混合整数规划模型,包括钢水、铸坯和钢材的产出量等实数决策变量,也包括炉次数、浇次数和轧次数等整数决策变量.冶铸轧三阶段的全局优化以及在产量层次和批数层次的协同优化是本模型的技术难点,给出了求解方法和算例.
A mixed integer programming product-mix model involving steel-making, continuouscasting and rolling three-stages was established, which resolves not only some real decision variables, such as the production of molten steel, casting blank and steel product, but some integer decision variables like heat number, cast number and rolling number. The technical difficulties are how to achieve tbe three-stage global optimization of smelting, casting and rolling, and the collaborative optimization about the product level and batch level. The method and calculation example were provided for solving these problems.
