摘要
吊臂是吊斗铲的主要承力构件,采用不同的安装倾角,将直接影响吊斗铲的作业半径、作业高度及其承载能力.吊臂的主梁与弦杆是由不同型号的型钢及钢管焊接而成,使用有限单元法进行分析是求解其应力和变形的有效方法.借助ANSYS软件分析吊臂在不同倾角工作时的应力及位移分布规律,能够判断其强度和刚度是否满足要求,也为吊臂找到最佳倾角的工作位置,提供充分的分析依据.
The gib arm is the main bearer for dragline, which directly affects dragline' s job radius, job height and carrying capacity when it adopts different.fixing inclination. Gib ann's girder and chord are welded together with different types of swage and steel tube. The computing and analysis of working stress and displacement distribution of gib arm are carried out using finite element method. By ANSYS software at different inclination, it can be estimated whether its strength and rigidity meet the requirements, which can provide fully analytical references for finding the optimum angle of incidence working position for the gib arm.
