摘要 采用扫描电子显微镜对柑橘粉虱(Dialeurodes citri Ashm)雌雄成虫触角进行了观察,研究其触角的超微形态特征。结果表明,雌雄柑橘粉虱触角均为线状,共7节,由柄节、梗节和鞭节(5亚节)组成;触角表面形态变化多样;触角感受器有5种类型,分别为毛形感受器、刚毛感受器、钟形感受器、栓锥感受器和板形感受器,其中毛形感受器最为丰富,约占总数的80%;雌、雄成虫触角上各种感受器类型及数量无明显差异。 The ultrastructure of the antennae of Dialeurodes citri(Ashm) was observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the antennae were filiform and consisted of the scape,pedicel and 5 subsegments of flagellum.Five types of sensilla were identified on antennae,including trichodea sensilla,basiconca sensilla,campaniform sensilla,styloconica sensilla and placoclea sensilla.The trichodea sensillum was dominant,accounting for about 80 % of all sensilla.No difference was found in type and distribution of sensilla between the male and female adults.This study provides useful information for explaining its physiology and habit,and species classification.
