摘要
目的研究ITP儿童T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞及B细胞的变化及意义。方法采用流式细胞技术检测35例ITP患儿和24例正常儿童外周静脉血T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞和B细胞变化。结果 ITP组CD4+T淋巴细胞百分比明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),CD8+T淋巴细胞百分比较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),NK细胞和B细胞与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性ITP患儿存在明显的T淋巴细胞亚群比例的异常,未发现NK细胞和B细胞的异常变化。
Objective To study the levels of T lymphocyte subsets, NK and B cells in children with acute ITP (primary immune thrombocytopenia). Methods The flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of T lymphocyte subsets, NK and B ceils in 35 children with ITP and 24 healthy children. Results The expression levels of CD4 + T lymphocyte and CD4 +/CD8 + were obviously lower than those in healthy controls, but CD8 + T lymphocyte was much higher; NK and B cells were not significantly different. Conclusion There is immunofunction disorder in children with acute ITP, and the abnormal expression of T cell subsets plays a role in the pathogenesis of ITP.
