阿托伐他汀联合西地那非在肺心病肺动脉高压治疗中的作用分析

Effect of atorvastatin combined with sildenafil in pulmonary heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合西地那非在肺心病肺动脉高压治疗中的作用。方法选择43例患者,使用阿托伐他汀联合西地那非治疗,比较治疗前后患者心肺功能以及临床症状的改善情况。结果患者治疗后FVC、FEV1以及PaO2较治疗前升高(P<0.05),右心室收缩末期内径较前减小(P<0.05),平均肺动脉压较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗后右心室收缩末期内径小于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后6 min步行距离长于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合西地那非治疗,能较好的改善患者的心肺功能,并减轻患者肺动脉压力,缓解患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with sildenafil in pulmonary heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension. Methods 43 cases use of atorvastatin combined with sildenafil were selected, and the heart and lung function as well as the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, FVC, FEV1 and PaO2 were increased compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, right ventricular and systolic diameter were reduced （P 〈0. 05）, mean pul- w^nary artery pressure drop was dropped compared with before （ P 〈 0.05 ）, right ventricular end systolic diameter was less than before （ P 〈 0. 05）, 6 min walking distance was longer than before （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with sildenafil can improve heart and lung function and relieve the pulmonary artery pressure and the clinical symptoms of patients, so it is worth to be spread.
