犊牛断乳对产后母牦牛发情周期恢复的研究 被引量:10

摘要 本研究旨在考察断乳及短期断乳后对产后母牦牛发情周期恢复及怀孕率的影响。18头初产母牦牛和24头经产母牦牛进行单纯的断乳后发现卵巢周期的恢复率分别达到55.56%和87.5%,怀孕率分别达到55.56%和66.67%;对照组仅为6.67%和0%。12头母牦牛在同期排卵处理方案的第7~9天中进行短期断乳,24头母牦牛作对照,发现短期断乳组人工授精的妊娠率分别为41.67%,高于对照组37.5%,但是二者在统计学上没有显著性差异。试验表明,产后母牦牛在发情配种期进行犊牛断乳,可以极大的提高产后母牦牛产后发情周期的恢复,提高其怀孕率。 The objective was to evaluate the effects of calf wean and temporary calf removal on the resumption of ovarian cycle and pregnant rate in postpartum yak. The rates of resumption of ovarian cycle for 18 primiparous yaks and 24 multiparous yaks were 55.56% and 87.5% after the calf weaning and the pregnancy rate were 55.56% and 66.67% respectively. The control group were 6.67% and 0 , respectively. 12 female yak were treated the Ovsynch/TAI protocol and temporary calf removal ( TCR ) during Day 7 - 9,24 female yaks as the control group were also given the Ovsynch/ TAI protocol but not removal calf. The pregnancy rate of TCR by artificiel insemination were 41.67%, and higher than the control that it were 37.5%, but there were not significantbly difference as statistics. The results showed that calf weaning on the postpartum yak during estrous season were improved the resumption of ovarian cycle and enhanced greatly the pregnancy rate.
