摘要
从多学科视角诠释幸福概念,基于马克思幸福思想给出幸福组织的定义。通过回顾管理学的发展历程,探寻幸福在管理学中的思想渊源。结合管理理论与现实,构建幸福组织的研究框架。指出在组织工作中的幸福是未来保留和激励员工的粘合剂,也是未来研究的发展方向。
Explain the concept of happiness from the multiple perspectives and give the definition of organization on the basis of the thought of Marx's happiness. Then explore the ideological origins of happiness in the management by reviewing the development process of management. Finally constructs the research framework by combining management and reality and point out that happiness in the organization is the adhesive to retain and motivate highly qualified employees in the future, also the development direction of the future research.
