锡伯族语言文字传承现状及对策研究

The Current Situation of Xibe Language and Writing's Inheriting and the Countermeasure

锡伯语属阿尔泰语系满—通古斯语族满语支,是新疆察布查尔锡伯自治县锡伯族最主要的交际语言。随着社会发展,锡伯语出现了口语衰退、汉语借词大量增加、锡伯文字应用面缩小、使用人口减少、能力减弱等一系列的问题。为推进锡伯语言文字的传承与发展,我们应做好宣传,充分调动行政部门、学校的积极性,加强地方与高校的合作。

Xibe Language belongs to Altaic Tungus tribe Manchu branch, and it is the uppermost language of Xibe in Qabqal Xibe Autonomous County. Along with the social development, a series of problems of Xibe language had turned up, such as the decline level in spoken language, the increase of Chinese loan words, and the shrink of application, the decrease of use population, and the weakening ability in the written language. In order to inherit and develop Xibe language and writing, we should propagandize it, mobilize the administrative departments and schools, and cooperate more closely between Qabqal County and Yili Nominal University. At the same time, Xibe people＇s participation is the most important determinant.
