Research and Development of Hot-rolled 510L Automobile Crossbeam Steel

采用低硅、低磷硫的成分方案，在重钢1780热连轧线上成功开发出汽车大梁钢510L。结果表明：5IOL汽车大梁钢，具有良好的强度和韧性，屈强比较低、带状组织轻微，冲压成型性能优良，该产品能满足汽车厂家大梁钢要求。

Using chemical composition of low silicon, low phosphorus ＆ sulphur,510L Steel for Automobile Crossbeam is developed on 1780mm hot continued rolling line. The result shows that： 510L Steel has good strength and ductility, lower yield ratio, light structure grade and press performance, the product can meet motor works requirement, the steel developed successfully.
