简述工程物流的特殊性和应对办法

Brief on the Particularity of Project Logistics and Responding Solution

大型工程物流项目是个系统工程,特点是规模大、结构复杂、涉及范围广、专业技术强、发货周期集中,比起一般物流具有一定的特殊性,所以针对性地进行物流方案的设计很有必要。而因其投资巨大,服务对象各异,不可预见情况始终存在,所以又具有很大的风险性。因此,熟知工程物流程序、掌握物流环节、进行各种风险的评估和管理,是工程物流项目的关键。文中针对工程物流的特殊性进行了解析,并就其特点结合对外承包项目实际工作中存在的问题提出了应对的办法。

Large project logistics is a system engineering characterized by large scale,complex structure,wide range,high professional skill and tight delivery circle which is more special and different than general logistics,therefore it＇s necessary to target to the design for such logistics program and solution.And more over because of its huge investment,different service objects and unforeseen circumstances,such logistics also has more risks.In this case the key element of project logistics is to study the procedure,control all aspects of project logistics and to make risk assessment and proper management.In this paper,the particularity of project logistics is described and analyzed,to which a responding solution is proposed accordingly,combined with the existing problems in the practical works of the foreign project contracting.
