物流金融是现代物流的组成部分,是物流业务发展内在的、客观的需要,同时也是物流企业提供物流增值服务的主要内容之一。文中介绍了物流金融服务产生的背景,结合实际提出了发展物流金融服务的几种主要业务模式,并有针对性地为第三方物流企业、金融机构等进行业务创新,以及寻求新的利润增长点,提供了新的思路和实施方案,具有一定的现实意义。

Logistics Finance（LF） is an integral part of modern logistics,which meet the Internal and objective need of the development in logistics business,and also to be a main content of value-added logistics services supplied by the ogistics company.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of the generation of Logistics Finance.Secondly,according to the practical application to analysis the present development situation,so that put forth some main models that promote the development of Logistics Finance.Thirdly,from the perspective of practical significance,advances a new idea and suggestion for the third party logistics company and the financial institutions to carry out the innovation of business and seek the new growth point of profit.
