基于DEA的快递企业社会责任评价 被引量:3

摘要 对于快递企业来说,企业社会责任实施相对水平的高低很大程度上是企业的获得良好的信誉并赢得持续竞争优势的关键因素。为合理评价企业社会责任相对水平,文中分析并选择了与快递企业密切相关的评价指标,并运用DEA方法对广州市10家快递企业进行企业社会责任相对水平的评价。结果显示,服务满意、社会贡献、员工福利、环境保护等均偏小。最后针对上述存在的问题,提出了改进的建议。 For express enterprises,the corporate social responsibility relative level is the key factor which decides the obtaining good reputation and keeping competition advantage to a great extent.To gain a reasonable evaluation of logistics service quality,the article chose the evaluation indexes closely related the level of logistics services.And then use the method of DEA to evaluate the corporate social responsibility level in 10 Guangzhou express enterprises.The results showed that the values of service satisfaction,social contribution,staff welfares and environmental protection were all too low.Finally the article put forward the suggestions.
