摘要
淘宝网物流配送中存在的问题,主要是物流配送的基础设施不完善,物流配送服务质量差,物流配送成本高,物流配送相关法规及配送中心体制不健全等。淘宝网应加快电子商务物流配送基础设施建设,提升物流配送质量,提高物流配送效率,完善电子商务物流的配送体系,从而有效地降低物流成本,提高经济效益,赢得良好的信誉和形象。
The major problems in Logistics Distribution of Taobao are inadequate infrastructure,logistics and distribution costs are high,and related laws is not perfect.Taobao should set up the e-commerce logistics and distribution system,improve the service quality of the logistics and distribution operation,thus reducing the logistics costs and improving economic efficiency,has won a good reputation and image.
