委托运输管理模式的合资铁路安全监管问题与对策

On Problems and Proposals concerning the Safety Supervision and Administration of Joint-venture Railway in Entrusted Transportation Management Model

文中立足合资铁路委托运输管理内涵,分析委托运输管理模式下合资铁路的安全管理关系,针对合资铁路安全监管存在的问题,提出了加强委托运输管理模式下合资铁路安全监管的建议。

Based on the connotation of joint-venture railway in entrusted transportation management model,the author first analyzes the relations among joint-venture railway security management in entrusted transportation management model.Then,the author puts forward some proposals which mainly aim at solving the existing problems and strengthening the safety supervision and administration of joint-venture railway.
