基于行动导向的高职物流管理专业实训教学模式的研究

目前,实训教学在物流管理专业得到了普遍重视,基于行动导向的实训教学注重对学生职业意识的培养,着重培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。文中介绍了高职物流管理专业实训的教学现状,将行动导向理念运用到实训教学模式中来,提出了行动向导法在实训教学中的优势及其应用。

At present,training teaching in logistics management professionals generally value the teaching of action-oriented training to focus on the cultivation of students＇ career awareness,focus on training students to analyze problems,and problem-solving skills.This paper describes the on Logistics Management professional training of the teaching situation,and will use the action-oriented philosophy to the practical training in the teaching mode,advantages and applications of the action wizard in training teaching.
