摘要
本文专题探讨在建设国际化大都市背景下,西安地区高校文科学报更加有效地发挥宣传思想文化方面独特功能问题,力图解读其中可能存在的微观因素间相关运行机制,以便发掘新的资源储备,形成新的思路和对策。
The college journals of liberal arts in Xi＇an should be given full play against the background of the internationalized metropolis construction.The paper explains some working mechanisms between micro factors,scouting for new resources and new strategies.
