加强民办高校党务干部队伍建设,是新形势下不断推进民办高校党建工作规范化建设,提升民办高校党建工作科学化水平的必要保障。民办高校党务干部的能力素质和业务水平,关系到民办高校的党务建设和学校自身的发展。但是,由于民办高校党务建设基础较为薄弱,党务干部的队伍建设尚存在诸多问题,亟待解决。

To strengthen private college party cadres team＇s construction is not only a guarantee to improve the scientific working level of party construction in private college, but also to promote the standardization construction of party construction under the new require- ment. The ability and business level of the party cadres team relate to the construction of party in private college and to the development of college itself. However, because the base of party construction in private college is relatively weak, many problems stilll existing in the building of party cadres must be resolved.
