面向基础教育,突出师范特色——地方应用型本科师范教育人才培养模式的探索与实践 被引量:8

摘要 文章在对丹东地区基础教育充分调研的基础上,针对中国高等师范教育目前存在的向综合大学看齐靠拢、偏重学科专业知识、轻视教育教学知识、重视一般理论学习、轻视教师从教能力的训练等问题,以辽东学院师范学院的师范教育改革实践为依托,研究探讨了地方应用型本科院校师范专业人才培养的有效途径。指出当前高等师范教育改革的关键在于面向基础教育,突出师范特色,把人格培养、增强教师职业信念作为师范教育的灵魂。合理配置学科专业教育与教师教育课程,强化教师职业技能的培养和训练,建立系统完善的教育教学体系。实践证明,该种师范教育人才培养模式有效地提高了学生的岗位能力,几届在教师岗位从教的毕业生,均以良好的教师素养和教师职业技能受到用人单位的好评。 Problems in normal universities and teacher' s schools,such as thinking highly of academic knowledge and making light of educational and teaching knowledge,paying more attention to general theoretical learning and less to professional skill training,are discussed.By taking the reform of teacher' s education in Teacher' s College of Eastern Liaoning University as an example,the effective way to train professional talents in regional application-oriented universities is investigated.It is proposed that present teacher' s education reform should aim at basic education,regarding personality cultivation and professional faith improvement as the soul of teacher' s education.The disciplinary courses and professional courses should be reasonably allocated.The professional skill training should be strengthened and a perfect educational and teaching system should be established.
