特发性炎性肌病及合并间质性肺病的自身抗体研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 特发性炎性肌病（IIM）是以四肢近端肌肉受累为主要临床表现的自身免疫性疾病，可分为5种类型：多发性肌炎、皮肌炎、儿童多发性肌炎／皮肌炎、皮肌炎合并恶性肿瘤以及包涵体肌炎，临床上以多发性肌炎和皮肌炎最常见。IIM患者的自身抗体与某些临床表现密切相关，自身免疫功能异常是IIM发生发展的关键。
