摘要
异步电机的参数辨识随着更高精度的矢量控制的运用显的越来越重要,如果电机的参数不准确,无论是哪种矢量控制,由于解耦表达式或者模型观测器中都含有电机的参数,所以最终会导致控制的不准确。基于中型电机的定转子内阻较小这一特点,提出基于电机传递函数忽略模型下的曲线拟合方法。通过这种方法,能够精确辨识出较小的电机转子电阻,从而弥补了传统方法的不足。通过对定转子温度的测量,可以在线实时精确跟踪定转子电阻随温度的变化。
It is of great importance to identify the parameters of AC motor for FOC applied in motor control. If the identified parameters are inaccurate, the control effect will be not good whatever FOC is used in the system because the decoupling expression or the model observer includes the parameters of AC motor. The article brings forward a curve fitting method by ignoring some parameters of the motor transfer function based on the feature that the resister of middle-sized motor" stator and rotor is small. Verified by the simulation, the method can accurately identify the resistor value of stator and motor making up for the shortage of traditional method. It also can trace the value of resister which changes as the temperature varies by measuring the current temperature.
