摘要
电机逆变器的功率半导体器件及其控制电路是最易发生故障的薄弱环节。故障特征的提取是逆变器故障诊断的关键,将逆变器输出的电压信号作为特征参量,提取逆变器输出的电压频谱,利用改进的加窗短时傅里叶变换获取逆变器故障特征,可实现逆变器的故障检测。仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。
Power semiconductor devices and its control circuit in the inverter of motor control system is the weak link most likely failure. Fault feature extraction is the key to the inverter' s fault diagnosis. Regard the inverter output voltage signal as the characteristic parameters, to extract the inverter output voltage spectrum. Using the STFT to extract the fault features of inverter, we can achieve the fault detection of inverter. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
