冠心病合并高血压或糖尿病患者四诊信息的网络描述 被引量:4

A network description on four diagnostic information of CHD patients with hypertension or diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病合并高血压(HT)或糖尿病(DM)患者四诊信息的复杂网络分布规律,为临床辨证研究提供新方法、新依据。方法:采用复杂熵聚类方法构建1 576例冠心病患者的107项四诊信息之间的关联关系,应用Pajek 2.0软件计算网络属性指标,绘制四诊信息复杂网络可视化图。结果:冠心病合并HT或DM网络均为非连通网络;抽象化网络图显示合并HT患者更易出现心悸、头晕和恶心呕吐,合并DM患者中气短、倦怠乏力和五心烦热更常见;反映证型方面,合并HT患者以气虚证为主,兼见血瘀、气滞等证;合并DM患者以气虚证为主,兼见阴虚、阳虚和脾虚证。结论:复杂网络分析技术结合Pajek可视化平台,可以清晰、直观的反映四诊信息(群)分布特点及相应证型的规律。 Objective: To explore the distribution rules on four diagnostic information of CHD patients with hypertension or diabetes mellitus in complex network,provide a new method for clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods: Construct the association relationships of 107 four diagnostic information data from 1 576 CHD patients with complex entropy clustering.Calculate the attribute index,and draw the visualization graph of complex network with Pajek 2.0.Results: Networks of CHD patients with HT or DM were non-connected.In abstract networks,patients with HT were vulnerable to palpitations,dizziness,nausea and vomiting,while shortness of breath,fatigue,burning sensation of five centres were common in patients with DM.The main syndrome of CHD patients with HT or DM was qi deficiency,blood stasis,qi stagnation syndrome were main accompanying syndromes in the formers and yin deficiency,yang deficiency and spleen deficiency were accompanying syndromes in latter patients.Conclusion: Complex network analysis and visualization platform of Pajek can clearly and directly prompt the distribution patterns of four diagnostic information(groups) and the regular patterns of syndromes.
