消水方联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床观察

Clinical observation on the efficacy of Xiaoshui Decoction combined with Cisplatin in treating malignant pleural effusion

目的:观察口服消水方联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法:118例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为两组,治疗组65例采用口服中药消水方联合顺铂胸腔灌注,对照组53例单用顺铂胸腔灌注。以恶性胸腔积液的近期疗效、生活质量评分及临床症状积分为指标进行临床观察。结果:治疗组和对照组近期有效率分别为72.3%和66.1%,两组无显著性差异,但治疗组较对照组生活质量显著改善(P<0.05),症状明显缓解(P<0.05)。结论:消水方联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液,近期疗效未见明显提高,但可减轻症状,提高生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoshui Decoction combined with intrapleural perfusion of cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods： 118 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly assigned to two groups.The treated group（included 65 patients） was treated with oral administration of Xiaoshui Decoction combined with intrapleural perfusion of cisplatin,and the control group（included 53 patients） was only treated with intrapleural perfusion of cisplatin.The effects of the short-term efficacy,quality of life scores and clinical symptom scores of malignant pleural effusion were evaluated.Results： The short-term efficacy of treated group and control group were 72.3% and 66.1% respectively,and no significant difference was found.In contrast,the quality of life of the treated group was significantly improved compared to that of the control group（P0.05）,and so was the symptom remission（P0.05）.Conclusion： The combined therapy of Xiaoshui Decoction and intrapleural perfusion of cisplatin did not show obvious improvement in short-term efficacy,but the therapy remarkably alleviated the symptoms and improved the quality of life.
