醇提和水提葛花枳椇子及其配伍对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝脏抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:33

Effect of different proportion of Flos Puerariae and Semen Hoveniae extracted by alcohol or water on the livers' antioxidant function of alcoholic liver injury rats

摘要 目的:观察葛花、枳椇子不同比例配伍对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝脏抗氧化功能的影响,同时探讨葛花枳椇子及其配伍组采用不同的提取方法即水提和醇提是否会对药物的疗效产生影响,哪一种提取方法效果更好。方法:采用白酒灌胃的方法复制酒精性肝损伤的模型,将Wistar大鼠,按体质量随机分为空白组,模型组,东宝肝泰对照组,葛花组,枳椇子组,葛花枳椇子配伍1:1,1:2和2:1组。连续灌胃8周,于8周末取材,麻醉后腹主动脉取血,摘取肝脏,制备肝匀浆,检测肝中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果:造模成功,各个给药组对于肝脏的抗氧化功能均有一定的改善作用,同时可以看出水提的效果整体上优于醇提。结论:葛花与枳椇子不同比例配伍对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝脏具有一定的保护作用,传统水提的效果优于醇提。 Objective: To observer the effect of antioxidant function of different proportion of Flos Puerariae and Semen Hoveniae extracted by alcohol and water,while explore whether different methods of extraction would have different effect and which method was better.Method: The alcoholism rat model was induced by administrating wine.Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive group(Dongbao Gantai Pill),Flos Puerariae group,Semen Hoveniae group,and Flos Puerariae and Semen Hoveniae in ratio of 1:1,1:2 and 2:1 groups.Rats were sacrificed at the end of continuous 8 weeks' intragastric and the livers were taken to be detected the superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione(GSH).Result: The results showed that the model was successfully established.Each treatment group for liver antioxidant had improved and the water extraction had better effect than the alcohol extraction.Conclusion: Heavy drinking can cause liver damage.Different ratio compatibility of Flos Puerariae and Semen Hoveniae could protect the liver and water extraction has the better effect than the alcohol extraction.
