摘要
网架结构是大空间建筑的重要结构形式之一,对网架结构进行火灾下的受力性能分析是网架设计与修复加固的重要内容.现以某实际工程网架结构为研究对象,应用FDS流体模拟计算软件,分析获得网架各节点温度-时间曲线,并考虑防火涂料对钢材实际受热温度的影响,运用ABAQUS有限元结构分析软件,对网架结构在火灾过程中受力性能、位移变化及塑性应变发展状况进行分析研究,依据结构鉴定等级标准判定过火结构的损伤程度,提出修复建议.
The space grid structure is one of the important structure forms for large-space architectures.The analysis of space grid structure's performance during fire is an important part of its design and repair reinforcement.Based on practical engineering in the article,the temperature-time curves of joints in the space grid structure by using Fire Dynamics Simulation software(FDS) are got,and considering the fire-retardant coating to influence steel temperature,the analysis of the stress performance,displacement change and plastic strain development status of the space grid structure in the process of the fire via ABAQUS finite element analysis software are researched and analysed.The damage degree of the structure after fire is determined according to the structure identification level standard and the suggestions to repair are put forward.
