摘要 综述了基础有机化学中碳骨架的构建反应,包括碳链增长、减短、异构、成环等形式。希望对从事精细有机合成工作的技术人员能有帮助,也希望有助于化学化工类专业学生更好的掌握碳骨架的构建技术。 The chemical reactions about building carbon skeleton in basic Organic Chemistry, such as growing of carbon chain, cutting of carbon chain, isomerisation of carbon chain, forming of carbon ring etc has been reviewed in this paper. This work can not only provide helps for the technical personnel of fine organic synthesis, but also be benefit for students to grasp the methods about building carbon skeleton.
