With the introduction of ample archives and magazines, the article studied some mysterious incidents happened around the British army invasion of Tibet at the beginning of the 20th. While there were two Mongolians of the Russian Buryats state involved in the political conspiracy. One of them is Agvan Dorjiev, the thirteenth Dalai Lama’s Lama teacher. Another one is Zelbu who was employed by the Russian foreign ministry and trained in the Russian’s general staff of central Asia adventure and information group. Their secret missions were to conduct, under the cover of nationality and religious identity, that they could influence Dalai Lama to fight against Britain so as to keep and enlarge Russia’s influence on the Tibet affairs.
