双环醇片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究双环醇片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的疗效。方法将120例NASH患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,2组均给予常规保肝治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用口服双环醇片75mg/d,连续用药24周。检测治疗前后体重指数、腰围/臀围、肝功能和血脂指标。同时进行B超检测,比较两组的疗效。结果两组治疗后各项指标均得到改善,且治疗组在降低血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)与B超积分方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗组加用双环醇片治疗NASH在降低ALT及B超积分方面优于对照组。
