摘要
从望城区土地利用现状,土地利用布局出发,利用人均建设用地核算方法,计算得出规划期末望城区各乡镇农村居民点整理理论潜力值,为未来望城制定土地利用规划及政策提供理论参考依据。
From the urban land utilization, land use layout of Wangcheng, use construction land per capita accounting method, calculated at the city planning at the end of each villages and towns of rural residential land consolidation potential value theory,for the future of Wangcheng land use planning and policy formulation and provide theoretical reference.
