摘要
目的:了解不同强度、不同时间静态负荷对骨骼肌细胞超微结构的影响。方法:96只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为12组,3个对照组,9个实验组。麻醉后游离左下肢比目鱼肌远端,分别施加负荷0 g、25 g、50 g和100 g,观察30 min、60 min、90 min后比目鱼肌细胞超微结构变化。结果:随着负荷加大和持续时间的延长,骨骼肌超微结构出现由线粒体数目增多、肌浆网扩张等轻微改变至肌节排列紊乱、肌丝溶解、线粒体呈髓鞘和空泡样等严重变化。结论:长时间静态负荷作用于骨骼肌,可引起骨骼肌超微结构的改变。
Objective:To explore the effect of static loads of different intensity and different time on ultra-microstructure in skeletal muscle cells.Methods: Ninty-six male Wistar rats were divided randomly into 12 groups,3 control groups and 9 experimental groups.The left lower distal soleus muscle was freed after anesthemia.The changes in ultra-microstructure in soleus muscle were observed after 30 min,60 min and 90 min under static loads of o g,25 g,50 g and 100 g.Result: With increased intensity and extended time period,slight changes such as more mitochondria and SR expansion developed into serious changes in ultra-microstructure in skeletal muscle such as disordered sarcomere,melted filaments,myelin sheath and vacuoles in mitochondria.Conclusion: Ultra-microstructure in skeletal muscle undergoes changes under long-time static loads.
